THE WHY

Health benefits? I got 'em by the bucketload. Rather than writing an essay, I'll keep it short with my top picks:

I don't do fad diets, deprivation, guilt or calorie counting.

I do do nourishing your fine self with clean, body-loving snacks that give you the balls to tackle anything.

THE WHO + HOW

After losing 14 kg through clean eating and exercise, Fit Mix Mumma + creator The Fit Foodie knew she was onto a good thing. Subjected to plain low-calorie food in her attempt to get healthy, she wanted shake things up and began crafting tasty versions of her favourite treats. The popular blog that documented her journey soon followed. Without a blender, and suffering from IBS, she missed out on the bliss balls that flooded Sydney cafes. Not one to miss out on a snack, she solved her own pain point. As it turns out, she solved hundred's of other people's too. I'm now stocked in over 65 stores in Australia! Hurrah for bad diet food.

THE WHAT

The Fit Foodie believes in minimal processing and keeping foods in their natural form. She doesn’t add sugars, dried fruit or surprises to me. This means you get the food your bangin' body loves, the way nature intended. Real ingredients such as almonds, cashews, coconut and raw cacao are the only things you'll find on my {tiny} ingredients list. Your body deserves nothing less, ballin' babes.

WHY DO I NEED A BOOST?

Protein is an essential part of your diet which works to support energy levels, lean muscle mass, a strong immune system and weight control. Due to increasingly common food intolerances, lifestyle choices and digestive disorders, it’s becoming more difficult to reach your daily protein needs (boo!).

I go easy on your tummy with protein free from all egg, dairy and animal products, plus a balanced amino acid profile, and a pH level of 7.5 – making me a great snack buddy in your healthy diet.

TO SNACK OR NOT TO SNACK?
