Raw Matcha Donuts

This simple recipe is brought to you by @TheFitFoodieBlogDonut connoisseur, she knows a thing or two about treats with a hole. These little guys are way more satisfying an nourishing than a Krispy Creme, not to mention easier on the waistline. For the Donuts

 For raw chocolate:

  • 1 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder


  • 1 tbsp buckwheat


  1. Simply follow the recipe on the back of the Matcha Cheesecake Fit Mixes, and roll into balls as usual.
  2. Press a ball between your palms to flatten, then poke your finer straight through the middle to make a hole.
  3. Mix together the chocolate ingredients until smooth, then dip or drizzle on the donuts.
  4. Sprinkle with buckwheat (or any of your fave crunchy bits!) and set in the fridge for 15 minutes. if you can't wait - stick 'em in the freezer for 10.
  5. Donut worry, be happy.
