Raw Matcha Donuts

INGREDIENTS
For the Donuts
- 1 x Matcha Cheesecake Fit Mixes
- 3 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup or sweetner of choice
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp water
For raw chocolate:
- 1 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup or sweetener of choice
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
Topping:
- 1 tbsp buckwheat
METHOD:
- Simply follow the recipe on the back of the Matcha Cheesecake Fit Mixes, and roll into balls as usual.
- Press a ball between your palms to flatten, then poke your finer straight through the middle to make a hole.
- Mix together the chocolate ingredients until smooth, then dip or drizzle on the donuts.
- Sprinkle with buckwheat (or any of your fave crunchy bits!) and set in the fridge for 15 minutes. if you can't wait - stick 'em in the freezer for 10.
