  1. What's for dinner tonight? Salad of whatever is left in the fridge - radicchio, baby spinach, crispy ham, toasted almonds, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini and smoked chicken, with extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper dressing.

  2. Who is your inspiration or mentor in life or business? Without a doubt, Lisa Messenger is one of my biggest inspiration. She is fearless in life and business, and I love that she is always pushing boundaries, defying the status quo and encouraging a culture of collaboration, compassion and creativity.

  3. How do you like to get moving? There is a great running track near my house, so I love going for walks/runs on weekends. During the week, I love de-stressing after work with a boxing or Pilates class

  4. What food item could you absolutely not live without? Tomatoes. I am obsessed.

  5. Craziest thing you’ve ever doneDived off a felucca into the Nile River in Egypt. Our tour guide only mentioned after that there were likely hippopotamus lurking in there…

  6. Favourite cafe + recommended dish? Oooh, this is a tough one. It’s between the sautéed greens at Tall Timber (60 Commercial Rd, Prahran, Vic) or the nourish bowl at my local, Trei (232 Blackburn Road, Glen Waverley, Vic).

  7. Best piece of advice you’ve ever received? You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
